Day 20 ~ Fairhaven
Today was Tiger's favorite day! His first college tour... Fairhaven College is a branch of Fairhaven Baptist Church in Indiana, where our pastor and other church families came from. It's a large church and a small college. Not sure what Tiger's plan are going to be in the future, but it was nice for him to see what a college might look like.
We had a super friendly tour guide who is more like a friend than an administrator, since we already knew him from past church events where his family came to VA.After our college stop, we took off for a 5 hour ride to Columbus Ohio, where we moved back to EST. The only photo of our scenic route was a tunnel under a traveling train. We had to "end on a high note", like I always tell the kids, so our last hotel night is at a super nice Drury with the free dinner and breakfast. We had pulled pork sliders with mac and cheese and coleslaw, garden salad, vegetable soup, and nachos with cheese. After the horrible hotel we had last night (where the shower head had a high pitched screaming sound the entire time it was on), and the even worse breakfast (running out of food an hour before it was over, messes all over the counter, only one worker, and expired yogurt from 2024), it was so nice to drop here for the night!

Nice campus and not to far from home
